Code of Conduct
What will happen in the coming session will be discussed before any touch therapy begins and will be adhered to within the session. Once touch therapy begins, “feel good” hormones – serotonin, dopamine and oxytocin (amongst others) are released, placing you in an altered state, Negotiating what you are or are not comfortable with, and gaining consent becomes inappropriate at that time. You may feel the “Yes” in the moment, but then regret the decision later. It is much safer to get all agreements in place while you are truly able to give informed consent. This protects both your boundaries and mine to ensure a safe and vlauable journey.
Under no circumstances will I kiss or have sex with my clients.
Right of admission is reserved.
You may end your session, or express your discomfort with a practice at any time during the session.
